Three Questions We Hear Most
Short answers from the intake desk. If your question is not here, the form above reaches the same bench.
We service shop vacs, canisters, uprights and central systems, across the makes we stock parts for and many we order by model. If a machine is repairable we diagnose it first and quote before any work starts. Restoration is offered for older machines that deserve rebuild rather than replacement.
A standard tune-up is usually a short bench job once parts are on hand, because belts, brush rolls, filters and seals are kept on the wall. Restoration is the slowest line and is quoted after diagnosis. Central system calls are scheduled so one visit can cover the motor, the can and the full run.
Yes. Send the make and model and we will match bags, belts and filters for you. For repairs a bench visit is still required, because suction and current are measured in person. You can reach the desk at service@greatvacs.mom or on +17472821957.
